Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Steven Hogan grew up in Sugar Land, Texas, and met his wife, Mary, in high school in Houston while attending Strake Jesuit College Preparatory. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2007, where he played football for the Longhorns and was part of the 2006 national championship team.
He graduated in the top 5% of his class at the University of Texas Dental School at San Antonio. He was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon national dental honor society.
Dr. Hogan completed a pediatric dentistry residency through the Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry, training at Children’s Medical Center and Texas Scottish Rite Hospital. At the program he received extensive training in sedation, special needs and medically compromised patients, and dental trauma.
Dr. Hogan is a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and Houston Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He recently served as president of the Houston Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
He enjoys spending family time with his wife Mary, and son, Luke and daughters, Anna and Kate. His hobbies include church activities, dinner with family and friends, barbecuing, reading, and sports.
